Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with our hiring goals.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.
  3. Oversee inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.
  4. Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency.
  5. Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
  6. Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  7. Provide regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Proven experience with inbound and outbound recruiting/sourcing methods.
  4. Strong oral communication skills in English, with ability to build relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
  5. Track record of hiring exceptional talent in fast-paced environments.
