Knowledge Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned technical writer to join our team as a Knowledge Governance Specialist. This role is responsible for the ongoing governance of a knowledge base, ensuring its overall health and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of applying formatting techniques to make important points stand out. They will also be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • We require a skilled writer who can break down complex processes into easy-to-follow steps.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing.
    • Experience independently creating engaging online articles, guides, and user support content.
    • Proven ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly, with a penchant for self-development.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all team members and stakeholders.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with knowledgebases as a writer and administrator.
    • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
    • Experience creating video tutorials or other multimedia content.
    • Ability to lead a team or contribute to a collaborative environment.
