We are seeking a seasoned technical writer to join our team as a Knowledge Governance Specialist. This role is responsible for the ongoing governance of a knowledge base, ensuring its overall health and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of applying formatting techniques to make important points stand out. They will also be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:We require a skilled writer who can break down complex processes into easy-to-follow steps.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing.
- Experience independently creating engaging online articles, guides, and user support content.
- Proven ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly, with a penchant for self-development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all team members and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with knowledgebases as a writer and administrator.
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
- Experience creating video tutorials or other multimedia content.
- Ability to lead a team or contribute to a collaborative environment.

- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
