
Lead Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an individual who can interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services in a timely and professional manner.
The customer advocate will collaborate with internal and external teams in handling customer needs to provide excellent customer service. This includes reviewing data, executing processes as defined by the client and/or management.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
- Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented and resolved.
- Ensure proper escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations.
- Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Report process deficiencies and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and CRM applications.
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technology and systems.
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully.
