Job Role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to fill the position of Client Engagement Specialist. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, setting appointments, and assisting with sales and marketing outreach. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and sales closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Manage and book appointments to meet business targets and increase revenue.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on client interactions.
  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on business social media pages to maintain engagement.
  • Draft and send targeted email campaigns to prospects and clients.
  • Provide weekly reports on client interactions, appointments set, and sales metrics.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Representative, or Appointment Setter.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a confident phone presence.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy individual.
  • Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are encouraged to apply.
