Customer Engagement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer engagement specialist to lead our email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing campaigns, A/B testing, and working with marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely sends and insightful reporting.
  • Set up campaigns, monitor performance, and advise on improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests, record results, and optimize for better outcomes.
  • Build and launch segmented campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture) that drive customer engagement.
  • Design automated campaign drips using marketing automation tools.
  • Execute activities ranging from website publishing and maintenance to database updates and content management.
  • Operationalize marketing tools, systems, and processes for seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with team leads to enhance campaign performances and workflow efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant work experience or education in fields like Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration and client liaison.

  • Interest in continued skills development around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
