Community Engagement Specialist, Timezone Philippines

Who we are:

Qualifications & experience

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in the related field

  • Must have knowledge in different marketing trends and techniques

  • Must know how to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues

  • Must understand customer needs and build rapport effectively

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Must have the ability to multi-task.

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engages with the online community and respond to online channels inquiries

  • Troubleshoots and escalates issues reported by community through online channels

  • Relays community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders

  • Devises and implements community communication initiatives

  • Liaises with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency

  • Works with marketing team with various campaign needs

  • Supports marketing team with different administrative tasks

  • Other duties as directed.
