Remote Patient Enrollment Specialist

Imagine working in a role that combines customer service with the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Patient Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients via phone calls, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Job Responsibilities- Customer Service Expertise: Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide top-notch service to patients, resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Assist patients with refilling orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of requests.
- Operation Hours: Work within designated hours of operation from 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus throughout your shift.
- Technical Skills: Leverage company phone system and CRM tools to streamline tasks, enhance productivity, and improve overall performance.
- Computer Literacy: Possess basic computer skills, including typing and navigation, to effectively utilize software applications and systems.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal, to interact with patients and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
- Active Listening: Develop strong active listening skills to fully understand patient concerns, empathize, and provide personalized solutions.
- Multitasking: Excel in multitasking during calls, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Call Center Experience: Previous experience in inbound and outbound calls is preferred but not required, as extensive training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
- Equipment: Possess two monitors, a reliable backup internet connection, and high-speed internet of at least 20 Mbps (upload & download) to maintain connectivity and efficiency.
