
Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide end-user support via phone, email, and chat.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer white-glove service desk support for end-users.
- Manage incidents and requests within the ticketing system.
- Perform regular follow-ups with end-users regarding their tickets.
- Resolve username and password issues.
- Provide software and application support.
- Assist with remote hardware troubleshooting and repair for various devices.
Requirements:
- A reliable internet connection is required.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory is required.
- At least one year of experience working with Mac OS is necessary.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems is essential.
- Proficiency in remote access tools like LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Take Control is necessary.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Windows hardware and software issues remotely.
- A minimum of two years of progressive experience in technical support roles, preferably in an MSP or call center IT environment.
- Technical proficiency in common hardware, software, and technologies such as Windows, Office, iOS, laptops, tablets, MDM, VPN, WiFi, etc.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, O365, MFA, SSO, Okta, networking, and server concepts.
- Familiarity with call center metrics and KPIs.
- A college or technology school degree is preferred.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills are necessary.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm EST
