As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective resolutions to technical inquiries from various clients across industries.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide technical assistance via phone, chat, or email to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience is essential.
- Work-from-home experience is required.
- Strong command of the English language is necessary.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM is expected.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is preferred.
