Employee Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Lifecycle Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

  1. Update and maintain employee documents and records in various systems e.g. HRIS payroll performance and management etc.
  2. Assist with benefits administration
  3. Manage shipping and receiving for company laptops SWAG etc.
  4. Perform basic IT support as needed
  5. Plan and execute team events
  6. Maintain and track budgets
  7. Field employee questions/concerns
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in HR or Administrative support role
  • Past experience in a role with high volume of administrative responsibility e.g. HR recruiting office management or other administrative roles
  • Some IT experience helpful
  • Passionate people person who understands the value of positive employee experiences
  • Efficient thoughtful and personable written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic demanding environment
