
Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an accomplished customer success professional to champion user needs, share product expertise, and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing innovative solutions to meet their requirements.

- Align users with current and future product capabilities to drive business expansion.
- Provide valuable insights and relay user feedback to internal teams.
- Evaluate churn and downsell risk for each client and proactively address dissatisfaction or feature gaps to drive retention throughout the user life cycle.
- Develop plans to ensure users successfully adopt our platform aligned to their business needs.
- Conduct regular cadences, quarterly and annual user success reviews to ensure users get the most value out of their investments.
- Build user relationships by establishing trust and ensuring user needs are met.
- Prior experience with cloud-based technology as a provider or in operations is required.
- 3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management experience for a SaaS company.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
- Proven experience building strong relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.
- Experience leading meetings and regular cadences, quarterly and annual user success reviews with users.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
