
Executive Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team and work directly with international clients. This role combines client management, solution delivery, and business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients from implementation through ongoing success, while also handling ad hoc tasks that support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Analyse client operations and recommend solutions tailored to their goals.
- Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of solutions.
- Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
- Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and solution technologies.
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required to meet client and business needs.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
