
Strategic Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the early stages of client onboarding, build lasting relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery.
This critical, client-facing position demands exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and intelligence to represent our organization's quality and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
- Present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
- Maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations
- Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
- Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing their own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
