Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various products and services.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate product information, resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Additional duties may involve escalating issues to management when necessary, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and adhering to company procedures and compliance guidelines.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, are able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience working in a contact center or similar setting.

Key qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of customer service experience, proficiency in English (and Spanish), and the ability to pass a background and/or security investigation.
