Drive customer engagement and satisfaction as a Customer Support Ambassador. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing personalized product recommendations.

About The Position

As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer outreach via direct messages and social media comments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems, including shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment issues.
  • Provide tailored product suggestions based on customer needs and preferences, fostering loyalty and driving sales.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to relevant departments and follow up until satisfactory resolutions are achieved.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies to offer expert advice.
Requirements
  • Education: High-School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of social media community management and 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Essential Skills: Proven track record of resolving complex customer issues, experience with social media management software, and customer service software tools.
  • Desirable Skills: Shopify and connected apps expertise.
  • Soft Skills: Empathy, problem-solving, customer-centric approach, clear communication.
