We seek a Customer Support Specialist who supports our customers throughout their entire journey. As a Support Specialist, you'll deliver engaging training sessions and seamless onboarding programs via webinars or online group sessions. You'll excel at simplifying complex concepts and play a pivotal role within our broader Customer Success and Account Management teams.
You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, leveraging insights to contribute significantly to our product roadmap, and contributing to the onboarding process alongside our Customer Success Managers and Client Partners. Ideal candidates are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and are exemplary brand ambassadors.
