Customer Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team. As a customer-focused individual with excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, you will connect with customers, provide guidance and support, and deliver a positive experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology, be able to analyze and resolve complex technical issues, and navigate multiple systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication, explaining solutions in a patient and tailored manner.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Multitask across various systems and applications, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing expertise and welcoming feedback.
Requirements
  • Strong spoken and written English skills (at least C1 level).
  • Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience or equivalent customer-facing role.
  • Experience supporting customers via email, chat, or other channels.
  • Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
  • Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
  • Self-management and independent work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to recognize patterns.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Office 360.
  • Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher while chatting with customers.
  • Interest in e-commerce and previous experience in leading e-commerce clients.
