Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Timekeeping and Payroll Administrator/Office Receptionist to join our team at Meera Enterprises Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee hours using timekeeping systems.
  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll, ensuring all employees are compensated accurately, by calculating wages, overtime, and deductions, and preparing payroll reports.
  • Maintain confidential records of employee hours, payroll transactions, and benefits.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, managing visitor log and issuing visitor badges as required.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
