Lead Generation Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with construction industry experience to research and identify potential leads, develop outreach strategies, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for sales teams.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads in the construction industry.
  • Develop effective outreach strategies through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate appointment scheduling for sales teams.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes.
  • Track key metrics related to lead conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients, excellent English communication skills, familiarity with the construction industry, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels, and experience with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 1-year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
