
Lead Generation Associate

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities for our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads to determine their needs and purchase intent.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to assess their qualifications and align them with our sales team's priorities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
- CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
A successful Lead Generation Specialist will be able to analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
We are seeking candidates with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, preferably in a similar industry or role, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
