Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with potential clients in the property market—particularly those seeking renovation services. This role involves identifying prospects, initiating contact, and qualifying leads to help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify property owners, real estate agents, and potential clients needing renovation or construction services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, social media, property listings, and networking.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects.
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for conversion.
  • Track and report lead generation performance and results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate lead generation, property sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong research and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms, property listing sites, and social media tools.
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
