Senior Learning Consultant

This role reports to the Manager of Learning and Development, responsible for conducting training needs analysis, assessment, development, and implementation of specific programs to meet identified needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various departments to discuss training initiatives and align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes.
  • Perform the full business partnering cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor, and evaluate results and impact.
  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive professional L&D advice and support to develop workforce capability.
  • Handle small-scale projects and function-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
  • Support organization-wide scale programs.
  • Manage vendors for courses necessary in program development, maximizing budget utilization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging L&D best practices, staying up-to-date with emerging trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent or related fields combined.
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in managing and executing programs.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
  • Experience in process improvement and project management.
  • eLearning instructional design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Program Design, Delivery, and Evaluation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Ability to respond proactively to situations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., mastery of formulas and pivot tables).
  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Ability to adapt to an ambiguous environment and manage time effectively under aggressive timelines.
