About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Instructional Designer to join our team and drive the development of innovative, high-quality learning content. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing engaging instruction, and developing effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze learning needs and develop learning outcomes that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Design and develop high-quality instructional content using adult-learning best practices
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define modalities for delivery and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Own courses and conduct regular maintenance and evaluation to ensure content remains current and effective
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior instructional designers to support their professional growth and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience designing eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions using ADDIE instructional design models
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for course design and customization
  • Strong project management skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects
  • Proficiency in content development tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite) and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Adobe LMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the requirements above, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Knowledge of ADA compliance for accessible learning experiences
  • Experience working in global teams across different time zones and cultures
  • Experience with tools like Gainsight PX to create step-by-step in-app engagements
