Job Description

The Outbound Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth by initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients and investors, gathering customer information, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

This involves making outbound calls to present company offerings clearly and persuasively, addressing customer needs and objections, and adapting to a more conversational approach while keeping goals and targets in mind.

The representative will also be responsible for recording customer information and leads accurately and in a timely manner, following up on leads, and converting them into appointments, sales, or qualified opportunities.

In addition, they will provide customers with detailed product/service information, assist with inquiries, build and maintain relationships with customers, and contribute to team goals by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, as well as excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong persuasive skills, self-motivation, target-driven behavior, and results-oriented mindset are also essential qualities for this position.

The representative should be able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
