Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service-focused experience for all employees.

This role involves supporting employee questions and inquiries, providing high-level customer service while ensuring timely responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Experience: Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone in the organization.
  • Support employee questions and inquiries, providing high-level customer service.
HR Administration
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of HR documents and employee data, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Employee Relations
  • Triage tickets, ensuring a 24-hour response time across all queries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
