Psychometrician & Employee Assessment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychometrician and Employee Assessment expert to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in psychometrics, regardless of prior experience in the field.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business to develop assessments that enhance hiring, recruitment, and workplace well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and refine psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment.
  • Ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of psychological assessments.
  • Analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.
  • Integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams and developers to enhance digital psychometric platform.
  • Explore AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
  • Interest in workplace psychology, recruitment assessments, or employee well-being surveys.
  • Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical business insights.
