This position involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through various channels to drive business growth.
- Utilize cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research to identify high-potential leads.
- Evaluate lead quality based on predefined criteria to gauge their needs, budget, and purchase intent.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our offerings to communicate value propositions effectively to potential clients.
- Accurately record and maintain lead information in the CRM system for seamless tracking and analysis.
- Pursue timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to cultivate interest and facilitate progression through the sales pipeline.
- Nurture leads using targeted email marketing and other communication tools to provide relevant content and insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, ensuring comprehensive information and context.
- Analyze lead generation performance, track key metrics, and make informed recommendations for process enhancement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
