Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Market Expansion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on engaging with premium merchants, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets across multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products.

In addition to driving revenue growth, you will play a critical role in enabling new business lines and promoting our brand in the marketplace. This will involve tracking and resolving merchant grievances in a timely manner, planning and executing day-to-day activities, and reviewing team deliverables.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from the market on existing offerings and competition insights, as well as deploying products and articulating benefits and best practices at client locations.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ownership without handholding and navigate ambiguity with ease. They should be passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and willing to get their hands dirty. Key skills include:

  • Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
  • Fintech experience or field experience candidates will be prioritized.
  • Honesty and trustworthiness are essential virtues.
  • Good sales and negotiation skills and an interest in financial products and markets.
  • Understanding of local geography.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation/Post Graduation preferred.
