About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities.

This individual will focus on establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

  • Review brands starting the sign-up process and their profiles.
  • Welcome new clients on the phone, answering questions and clarifying our value proposition.
  • Understand client needs and manage expectations while educating them on our product.
  • Qualify plans and set expectations for best practice.
  • Salesforce Admin - keep records up to date and setting up communication flows.
  • Provide feedback on common insights and objections.
A Little Bit About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
