Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies; develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse workforce.
  • Maintain employee relations by acting as a liaison between employees and management; resolve conflicts, address grievances, and mediate disputes.
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and support to managers and employees, and coordinate regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.
  • Assess organizational training needs and implement development programs, organize training sessions to improve job skills, compliance, and leadership abilities.
  • Oversight of employee compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits administration; ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits processes.
  • Evaluate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with Department of Labor and other government standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide HR policies and procedures, communicate clearly to employees and consistently enforce.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention; conduct employee surveys, recognize and reward employees for contributions, and develop programs to foster work-life balance and well-being.
">Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with email and digital communication platforms.
