Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive employee engagement and foster positive workplace dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
  • Oversee individual development planning, ensuring employees have clear growth paths and opportunities.
  • Manage job description creation, review, and maintenance to support workforce planning and talent management.
  • Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and terminations to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and industry regulations by staying informed of updates and best practices.
  • Administer employee benefits, addressing complex inquiries and providing support.
  • Drive performance review processes, tracking completion and working with leadership to improve feedback frameworks.
  • Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with immigration attorneys on visa sponsorships and green card processes.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration (HR or Management), Industrial Relations, or Legal Management.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in HR, with 4 years as an HR Generalist and increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR Management experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer-oriented, analytical, and proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general computer applications.
