
Human Resources Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to drive employee engagement and foster positive workplace dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
- Oversee individual development planning, ensuring employees have clear growth paths and opportunities.
- Manage job description creation, review, and maintenance to support workforce planning and talent management.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and terminations to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and industry regulations by staying informed of updates and best practices.
- Administer employee benefits, addressing complex inquiries and providing support.
- Drive performance review processes, tracking completion and working with leadership to improve feedback frameworks.
- Manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work closely with immigration attorneys on visa sponsorships and green card processes.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration (HR or Management), Industrial Relations, or Legal Management.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in HR, with 4 years as an HR Generalist and increasing levels of responsibility.
- Minimum 2 years of HR Management experience, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer-oriented, analytical, and proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general computer applications.
