Job Description\

Our team seeks a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations needs of assigned business units. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating HR-related activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitoring employment law updates, regulatory changes, and compensation and benefits information.
  • Generating HR-related data and preparing reports for analysis.
  • Identifying digitalization and automation opportunities to improve process efficiency.
  • Providing expert advice on HR operations matters.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource Operations is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits is essential.
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software such as Workday is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership competencies.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup, with office location in Makati City.
