Overview

HRBP works closely with the company's leaders or management teams and develops strategic HR programs that support the organization's overall aims and build organizational and people capabilities.


Responsibilities
  • Aligns employees with Company Vision/Mission/Values
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Acts as a strategic partner to coach stakeholders on various HR-related matters covering but not limited to hiring, engagement, labor, attrition, and organizational policies
  • Supports employee communications including policy cascades, reminders, and other HR initiatives
  • Collaborates with Employee Engagement in providing HR initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity
  • Engages different Unit Heads and supports employee development
  • Analyzes data, trends, and reports to determine causes of management team problems, and provides recommendations and counsel for continuous improvement
  • Generates reports as requested (i.e., Attendance, Overtime, Attrition, etc.)
  • Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or equivalent
  • Experience as HR Generalist is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Amenable to render overtime (if necessary)
