  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.">
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee misconduct and performance issues.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.">
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO industry.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps.">
