Key Responsibilities

The role of an HR Generalist encompasses a wide range of tasks designed to support the smooth operation of the organization.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process from sourcing to assessment administration and screening, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to identify and select top talent.

  • Employee Engagement: This position plays a critical role in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment through various employee engagement programs, including team building activities, sports events, and quarterly town hall meetings.

  • HR Operations: The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling timekeeping, processing payroll accurately and on time, and facilitating timely release of payroll adjustments as needed.

  • Data Analysis: The successful candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Professional Development: This position supports other HR-related projects and initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A graduate degree in business or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management Development, psychology, or human behavior.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, and payroll management.
