Business Development Manager for Lubricants Industry

Salary$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs our Marketing Manager:
- You'll shape our sales and marketing efforts, leading the charge in creating and executing strategies that drive growth and keep our dealer branches thriving.

We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at McKupler Inc. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who can develop and execute effective marketing plans to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing internal and external communications, including sales collateral, web content, press releases, and digital marketing platforms.
- Designing and executing promotional and advertising campaigns, adapting materials to specific markets.
- Coordinating marketing programs with Sales, aligned with 1-year and 3-year plans.
- Oversseeing all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to support sales lead generation.
- Analyzing customer research, market data, and adjusting marketing plans as necessary.
- Planning and coordinating marketing materials and procurement.
- Developing and managing marketing contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Supporting the use of ExxonMobil brand and coordinating supplier marketing financial assistance.
- Conducting surveys on customer awareness and satisfaction of marketing programs.
- Leading market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (an MBA is a huge leverage).
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer assessments and marketing surveys.
- A proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Agency supervisory experience is a plus.
