Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As our Marketing Manager, you will have a big impact by shaping our strategies that drive growth and keep our dealer branches thriving. Your leadership will help us stay ahead, keeping customers and clients happy while fostering an environment of innovation and success.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external communications, including sales collateral, web content, press releases, and digital marketing platforms.
• Design and execute promotional and advertising campaigns, adapting materials to specific markets.
• Coordinate marketing programs with Sales, aligned with 1-year and 3-year plans.
• Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to support sales lead generation.
• Analyze customer research, market data, and adjust marketing plans as necessary.
• Plan and coordinate marketing materials and procurement.
• Develop and manage marketing contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Support the use of ExxonMobil brand and coordinate supplier marketing financial assistance.
• Conduct surveys on customer awareness and satisfaction of marketing programs.
• Lead market research to identify new leads and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (an MBA is a huge leverage)
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer assessments and marketing surveys.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Agency supervisory experience is a plus

Compensation

Our estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. At Mckupler Inc., you'll work with cutting-edge products in a supportive and dynamic environment.
