Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Gainstrong Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to determine product features, benefits, and shortfalls.
  • Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Direct and coordinate local and regional sales activities, providing guidance and feedback to sales teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Build and promote long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architectural projects or construction firms.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify market trends and make decisions in high-pressure environments.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
