Job Summary

As a key member of Nityo Infotech’s team, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, driving new business from existing clients and seeking out new sales opportunities.



Responsibilities

  1. Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  2. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  3. Negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profits.
  4. Delivers Asset Under Management (AUM) and income growth.
  5. Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  6. Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  7. Clearly communicates the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Develops new business with existing clients and identifies areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas.


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in trust banking and account management.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on matching client business requirements with Bank’s products and services.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
