This is a great chance to work as an Administrative Coordinator for a senior executive in the construction industry.
Duties and Responsibilities- Calendar & Travel Management: Assist with scheduling appointments, arrange domestic and international travel, and oversee the executive's calendar
- Communication: Prepare professional correspondence, emails, and presentations to ensure clear and effective communication
- Project Support: Help with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and create regular reports on project progress
- Event Coordination: Plan meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
- Administrative Support: Handle routine tasks such as expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties
- Personal Assistance: Occasionally manage personal tasks and household responsibilities for the executive, including coordinating personal appointments, errands, and family-related needs
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative coordinator, preferably in the construction industry or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and presentation design tools
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
