Job Role Overview

Nature's Touch is a leading supplier of private-label frozen fruit in the retail market. As one of the world's largest fruit buyers, we continue to grow in this dynamic and expanding category.

As a key support to the Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving private-label and branded initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Own the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Contract Details

This is a 1-year independent contractor position with the possibility of extension. Please note that it does not include traditional employment benefits.
