Job Description

This position is posted on behalf of an organization seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to manage the stability, reliability, and performance of large-scale blockchain infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web3 infrastructures, including node operations, validator setups, and RPC services.

The successful applicant will lead the deployment, testing, and optimization of blockchain networks, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the deployment and optimization of blockchain networks to ensure high reliability and performance.
  2. Troubleshoot complex Web3 issues, including JSON-RPC debugging and blockchain log analysis.
  3. Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
  4. Define and enforce service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong Linux/Unix system administration background with advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven expertise managing Web3 infrastructures, including node operations, validator setups, and RPC services.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Advanced use of monitoring tools for operational insights.
  • Experience defining and maintaining SLAs/SLOs.
