
Advanced Technical Operations Specialist

This role is pivotal in the IT infrastructure of a leading global organization. As an L2 Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive IT support services, ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of our operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably with a background in MSP environments. They should also possess relevant IT expertise and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS, as well as proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications.
In this role, you will handle technical support requests, resolve issues, and contribute to maintaining a high-performing IT environment for our team and clients. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical assistance to project teams and assume technical project roles as needed.
