Customer Support Team Lead

This includes managing a customer support team to deliver high-quality service, handling complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in customer support leadership, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional English fluency
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additionally, the candidate should be able to adapt quickly to new situations and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
