The Customer Service Operations team is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
As a key player in the organization's success, you will be accountable for leading a team of high-performing representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to optimize team performance.
- Oversee daily activities, implement policies, and ensure employees adhere to guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in leading teams, preferably in customer service or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office applications and productivity tools.
