Customer Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced customer support lead to join our team and drive the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences.

  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies, policies, and standards that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance support efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms and CRM systems.
