We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our support team, ensuring top-notch client service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to drive results.

The successful applicant will lead a talented team of professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure seamless customer experiences. They will also be responsible for managing escalations, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage complex issues, monitor performance metrics, and promote a culture of teamwork and communication
  • Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a production environment, with a proven track record of success
  • 5+ years of SQL and team leadership experience, with a strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
