We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join usThe Auction and Reserve teams manage the set up and implementation of high visibility, complex advertising campaigns for Platinum, Titanium and Gold customers. As the Senior Manager for this team, you will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketing experts focused on delivering a comprehensive suite of advertising solutions across YouTube, and other platforms.Position ResponsibilitiesLead a global team of digital marketing associates, team lead and managers delivering campaign implementation related servicesProvide leadership at a site and program level, represent the workflow in various forums and demonstrate strong thought leadershipDevelop strong relationships with key client stakeholders, support them through various strategic initiatives and provide trusted, actionable insightsProvide regular coaching and mentoring to managers and team leaders, hold frequent skip sessions with teams to guide and motivate them to elevate their performanceIdeate and lead cross-functional and cross-site projects that positively impact productivity, quality, CX and other parameters, Identify and drive common scalable efficiencies across programsHandle multiple complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and leadership skillsDeep dive, create RCA's and develop remediation strategies for DSAT's, escalations and/or makegoods, act as POC during exigenciesManage great customer experience throughout the customer journey and continue to look for opportunities and build capabilities to better serve our customersEnsure seamless assimilation for any new product / processes changes and ensure proactive SLA managementMaintain rigorous performance standards while espousing GOC values and policiesMinimum QualificationsExcellent understanding of Google Ads ecosystem including campaign trafficking, optimization or troubleshooting of Search, Display and Video campaignsDeep knowledge of various online advertising campaigns and pricing models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition)Minimum 12-15 years of IT/BPO/ITES and >7 years of digital advertising industry experienceSupervisory experience of managing large teams is mandatory, exposure as manager of managers is preferredStrong experience in client relationship and team managementExcellent proficiency in English communication - both written and oral and exceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly identify and provide recommendations on issuesAbility to develop and maintain relationships with key partnersExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyBenefitsWe support you with competitive wages and with comprehensive health care including medical, dental and vision coverageWe support your family with gender-neutral baby bonding leave, 18 week birth-parent maternity leave, and generous life, accident and disability insurance minimumsEmployees who work onsite can enjoy free meals and snacks, and fun onsite experiencesInformation collected and processed as part of your Google Operations Center (GOC) jobs profile, and any job applications you choose to submit, is subject to GOC's Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy.Google Operations Center (GOC) is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, creed, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or veteran status or any other basis protected by law.
