About Eviction Case Preparation

As a detail-oriented and assertive professional, you will take ownership of eviction case preparation and filings from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal documents, including notices, summons & complaints, declarations and exhibits, motions for default, writs of restitution, stipulations, etc.
  • Manage timelines and workflows using our in-house case management system.
  • Coordinate process service with third-party providers.
  • File cases electronically or by mail with courts across WA.
  • Track hearing schedules, filings, service affidavits.
  • Collaborate with an attorney for supervision and sign-off.
  • Maintain accurate records of all legal actions per property and tenant.

Requirements:
  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • Education in law or paralegal studies (JD or LLB degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in litigation support, paralegal work, or eviction processing.
  • Excellent written English (legal writing and email communication).
  • Demonstrated ability to draft pleadings and assemble court-ready documents.
