Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing incoming pre-settlement funding applications, communicating with clients and attorneys, and guiding applicants through the funding process.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional client service, ensuring timely and efficient communication, and maintaining accurate records throughout the application process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of personal injury case types, including auto accidents and premises liability
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively
